Vendor Insurance
Any vendor coming into the building (with the exception of the below) must provide a proper Certificate of Insurance (COI) and Signed Provider’s Agreement prior to admittance (samples to be provided). If these documents are not approved by myCOI, vendors will be denied access. It is the tenant’s responsibility to ensure the COI’s are kept up to date and provided to management as needed. Please provide the Property Management Office with the vendor's contact information so they can be registered in myCOI.

- Food deliveries/caterers, mail (UPS/USPS/Fedex), telephone companies, shoeshine, copier technicians (without any large equipment), horticulture, couriers, messengers, Con Edison, professional engineers, architects, or other professionals that do not perform physical labor or bring supplies/materials into the building.
