Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the building, including tenant space, lobbies, corridors, stairwells and restrooms, and within twenty feet of the main entrances of the building.  Tenants must establish a policy for their premises, which conforms to the New York City Smoke Free Air Act.  Contact the Building Management Office for further information.
