Rubbish
Tenant shall not stage or store for collection any rubbish, trash, furnishings, etc., in any common corridors, passageways, hallways, freight area, or public areas of the building at any time.
Ground floor/Retail Tenants
No rubbish shall be stored on the sidewalks around the building during regular business hours (7:30am-6:00pm). Tenant’s carting service must not infringe on the operations of the building and must not cause any labor disputes with the contractors of the Building, Owner or Owner’s Agents. Rubbish is to be stored within Tenant space or in areas designated by the Owner or the Owner’s Agent for collection by a carter of Tenant’s selection.
