Vendor Insurance
Any vendor coming into the building (with the exception of the below) must provide a proper Certificate of Insurance (COI) and Signed Provider’s Agreement prior to admittance (samples to be provided). If these documents are not approved, vendors will be denied access. It is the tenant’s responsibility to ensure the COI’s are kept up to date and provided to management as needed.

- Food deliveries/caterers, mail (UPS/USPS/Fedex), telephone companies, shoeshine, copier technicians (without any large equipment), horticulture, couriers, messengers, Con Edison, professional engineers, architects, or other professionals that do not perform physical labor or bring supplies/materials into the building.
