Visitors
Prior to arrival, All Visitors shall be entered by Tenant into Sharry for processing unless other arrangements have been made. Tenant access can be provided by contacting Building Management at 212-262-1010.
Owner reserves the right to exclude from the Building all persons who do not present a valid pass to the building issued by the Owner. All visitors must present a valid driver’s license or other form of proper government issued identification in order to be admitted into the building. Tenant shall be responsible for the acts of its visitors and persons in its employ while in the building with or without valid building passes. Owner reserves the right to deny access to the Building to any person with or without a valid Building pass at Owner’s sole discretion.
