Common Areas
The sidewalks, entrances, driveways, passages, loading bays, elevators, vestibules, stairways, corridors, freight elevator lobbies, and hallways shall not be obstructed or encumbered by Tenant or Tenant’s Contractors/Vendors, nor shall they be used for any purpose other than for ingress or egress from the Demised Premises and for the delivery of merchandise and equipment using elevators and passageways designed for such delivery and as designated by Owner. Neither Tenant nor Tenant’s Contractors/Vendors shall use any hand trucks, dollies, or other such devices except those equipped with rubber wheels and side guards.
