Property Removal
In order to protect tenant property and reduce theft, all packages, equipment, or furniture removed from the building must be accompanied by an authorized Package / Equipment Pass printed from Building Engines.
Tenant shall not move any safe, heavy machinery, heavy equipment, bulky materials or fixtures into or out of the Building without Owner’s prior consent, which shall not be unreasonable withheld. If such safe, machinery, equipment, bulky materials or fixtures require special handling, all work in connection therewith shall comply with these Rules and Regulations and also the Administrative Code of the City of New York and all other laws and regulations applicable thereto and shall be done during such hours as Owner may reasonably designate.
