Deliveries

Freight Entry
The freight entrance is available during business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Individuals utilizing this entrance will be treated as visitors.  Drivers and passengers will be required to show a bill of lading and a photo ID.  Freight entrances are under strict video surveillance.
 
If a delivery requiring more than one or two trips on the freight elevator is required, the delivery must be made before 7:30 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m. and a request for the before/after hours freight shall be placed on Building Engines 24 hours (or upon reasonable notice) prior thereto.  This may pertain to the following: construction materials, furniture delivery, excessive amount of file boxes.  Please contact the Building Management Office for confirmation.  A Certificate of Insurance and executed Indemnity Agreement for all vendors must be on file in the Building Management Office prior to delivery.  These services are billable. The rates can be obtained in the Building Management Office.

Unless otherwise approved by management, all vendors or delivery personnel utilizing hand trucks, dollies, or delivering/picking up large boxes are required to use the freight elevator to enter and exit the building. Scheduled FedEx/UPS/US Postal Service pickups/deliveries do not need to be entered into Building Engines, and tenants will not be charged for freight. If delivery personnel are picking up envelopes or small packages from tenants, they are permitted to utilize the passenger cars.

Food Deliveries
All food deliveries must be picked up at the lobby. Should you have a special event with catered food please contact the Building Management Office at 212-878-1500 to arrange the use of the freight car.
